BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

My 'female' Irian Jaya has a swollen toe and I'm just wondering if I should be really concerned or if it's nothing to big. She shed a couple days before this, but I made sure all of the skin was off of her toes. If you have any ideas, let me know.

I have a bit of info on toes / toe loss up in the medical advice thread - have a look at that and see if there is anything there that you could change up to prevent this. Losing toes isn't uncommon - I'd switch to paper towel for substrate until it heals up and keep it clean. A very shallow (just over the feet) bath of lukewarm water with epsom salts in there will help keep it clean and infection free.

Thank you! I read it and I guess I'm going to have to try soaking her toes in epsom salt. I really hope it helps; I don't like when my babies are in pain :(
