How many hours does your bluey sleep?

Postby mom22wins » Fri Aug 24, 2007 9:19 am

I know there will be varying answers to this but I really would like to know how long the average baby bluey and adult bluey's sleep. Are there going to be days that they sleep all the time?

I don't know if he is sleeping all the time, but the days before he sheds he is in hiding all day. On a normal day he sleeps about 12-14 hours a night and takes little cat naps during the day.

You know, I've noticed that Chuff is a sleepy head lately.According to Tony, yesterday he snoozed most of the day, and he's sleeping solidly through the night. That, and his appeite is shrinking a bit. I figured that he was keying in on the length of daylight we're getting, and maybe is gearing up for winter. :sleepy:

Ty would sleep all day if I let him.. he loves to burrow and stay burrowed. He's more active right after he eats, but he wouldn't even come out to eat if I didn't make him.

Bella snoozes here and there, but is more active. She was up kinda late last night.

I'm wondering if maybe their biological clocks are still set to Oregon time.

Kind of like asking 'how much wood could a wookchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?'
The Humane Society took Michael Vick's pit bulls, asked for public money to help them, then decided it would be best to kill them... adopt from No Kill shelters http://www.roas.petfinder.com
