I threw it together kinda quickly today, but it turned out much better than I had planned. I will take some good pictures of it and throw on a little diagram of the platform tomorrow. It's fairly easy to make, and fits a floor tile nicely.

hey man. how far is that platform, say the tile from the lamp?
i mean the distance of the tile from the heatlamp?
my setup is a little the same as yours,im worried it might be too hot for my IJ.
im using a 75w heat lamp
its gets pretty warm here in the Philippines. thanks

It's about 10.5 inches away from the heat lamp.

thanks! mines about 7inches awaty from the heatlamp and im using a 60w bulb, do you think its ok?

I'm no specialist, but it's pretty warm in the Philippines, right? Do you have thermometers in your cage? If so, leave one on the basking area for a little bit and see what the temperature is..I think they list ideal basking temps in the caresheet.
