Comes in rolls usually 3 feet wide by 10 to 25 feet long. 1/4 or 1/2" mesh. Home Depot or Lowes has it, as well as hardware stores.

Will the UVB light still get the UV rays through that?

Regular window screen will block about 60% of your UV, but as the mesh gets bigger, a larger percentage gets through. Using 1/2" mesh, almost all of it will get through just fine. I set mine up with the tubes mounted inside (they don't get hot) to be sure I'm able to get all that the tube will put out.
