And I'd say no to the incense. It's smoke in the lungs that's unnecessary.

I also think they have an instinctive reaction to smoke, caused by the fact that Australia has lots of bushfires, and them being ground dwelling lizards, they need to react early to escape the flames.

It's just an observation I've made when I've had mine outside and smoke from a fire somewhere reaches their nose. They always get a bit edgy. I burnt some leaves once out there to test my theory and I got the same reaction.

And if Conor lights a smoke, Ralphie always goes over to him. We haven't figured out yet whether he wants a puff, or whether he wants to tell him to put it out.
