Red Worms

Has anyone used redworms.. they are half the size of night crawlers and here is their nutrition info

Moisture 84%
Ash 2%
Protein 11%
Fat 2%
Other 2%

I cant find anything on them but they seem good to me... I can get 400 of them shipped to me for around 25 dollars.

I don't see why not but I'm not an expert on them i have just read the care sheet a few times lol. i give homer Canadian night crawlers
