New Smoot Pics

Postby Graniteer » Tue Dec 04, 2007 8:01 pm

Here's some updates pics of Smoot. They were taken In November. Smoot has grown lots since I got it in August. I like one of the pics that show Smoot's side, looks pretty sharp. Probably looks a little less than perfect since it's in shed. Also, there's a pic of me and my sis, I just thought it was a pretty good shot of me. I'm also working on a new cage for Smoot, it's made of birch plywood and some nice red oak framing. Hopefully it'll be done by this weekend, I'll try to get pics up when it's done. Anyways, enjoy.Image

Nice skink! Is that one of Zachs bubs?

Oh and since you put it up I'll comment on your pic - you look like a dag (comical type of fella with a good nature) and your sister looks like a good looking Courtney Love.

I got Smoot at the Portland, ME reptile show from a store based in Providence, RI. I went looking for a leopard gecko and came home with it instead. It was a bit of an impulsive buy, I have to admit. But my friend that was with me has kept Schneider skinks for many years, and I've had the geckos for awhile now, so it wasn't that bad. I'd thought about getting one for sometime, just worked up the guts and money. Plus, I found this site, and that's really helped me out. Thanks for the compliments.

Man, I said this last time, you've got one of the neatest looking Northerns -- I just love the pattern. Please stay in touch! I'd love to watch this guy grow up. Thanks for posting pictures of yourself! It's fun to see people with their pets.
