That foamy discharge is her trying to stop being handled, its either urates or water or both.

From her skin?? ..How did I forget about that, is it on the caresheet? Is ok normal for it to smell?

Also will a well socialize bts do this?? About how often?

I don't think that she's implying that the bluey secretes the discharge from her skin, I would be willing to bet that its from her vent. Some skinks are more prone to this behavior, although it will usually diminish with regular gentle handling. It might be beneficial to hold her in a towel to start off with.

And take her out of the cage for feedings so she associates you with food and positive experiences. . .
Ask them if they have a record of her veterinary care and who they take her to.

I reckon she'll be able to handle herself if she's used to being fed live mice. In the photo's I thought it was an IJ just before shed,I do like the white markings and pattern in between the dark bands.
MMMmmmmm... Something???????

cricket often pees on my when i hold him (if i'm lucky). i usually wrap him in a towel and it make him feel secure. despite his attitude, he has improved 100 times in the last few months. if you get her and she isn't friendly, give her time and she'll come around.

:rofl: Yeah, she's talking about pee. Many BTS will pee spray pee if not supported or nervous or both.

Fritz used to spray poop on me - and yes the term "Spray" is what I was going for.
