They can eat a whole raw egg; it's a bit messy...
The Humane Society took Michael Vick's pit bulls, asked for public money to help them, then decided it would be best to kill them... adopt from No Kill shelters http://www.roas.petfinder.com

Raw egg is a good treat, be prepared for the aftermath, though!
It can be very stinky!
I wouldn't feed egg too often, though some use it every feeding and have had no problems, so if you like to use it, go for it! Most would suggest to use egg as a treat once every so often, though.
Short answer: YES! It is ok to let your bluey eat raw egg.

I prefer to feed it as scambled eggs, I mixed it with grated carrot mainly. That way I can store it in the fridge for several days and feed it out in jar lids as I please.
It is useful to get the bluey's interest in veges. I use it mainly to bulk up my baby blueys. However they tend to eat it for a couple of days and then go off it for a while.

When food is cold some of the flavor is masked. Also eating cold food would not be normal for a BTS. I always give food at room temps for fullest flavor and ease of digestion. As far as raw eggs go ... only as a treat.
