Possible medical condition with indo bts female

I've had my bts female fluffy for over a year now and I've had no medical conditions so far but as of recent she's been abit more sluggish as well as having some visible pickishness around her bottom and lower half. Any advice and should i be worried? (she's also in shed atm)

Pinkish hues are common pre-shed.
