They were mostly all over her neck and head, but when she shed, most of them went away for the most part.
She has gone to the bathroom several times, so I'm sure it's not an impaction.

I wonder if she was kept with another skink before you got her. In a pet store sort of situation, it wouldn't surprise me. Or if she's a recent import, sometimes they are all shipped in one container. She may have incurred the wounds that way.
