Bert of Agama breeds monky tails. He should have some in the spring I think.
He has the sweetest pic of a mom protecting her baby on his site.

They're interesting and Kiwi was definitely cool looking. But I am happy with my sweet little ground dwelling bluey. :cloud9:

I love the PTS --if I didn't have a BTS, I would definitely love to have a monkey-tail. I saw one once at a herp show in IN, the guy let me hold him and he was sooooooo cool. He was just hanging out on the vendor's arm all day, chill and cool.

Kiwi used to love to climb on top of my head and hang out there as I walked around. Of course you have to wear long sleeve shirts with these guys - those nails are killers!

You can house Cresties and Pink Tongues together?? Is that safe? If so, that would make a great herp display.

There are also published books that state BTS lay eggs. Don't believe everything you read in print. ;)

Although I have heard of that as well and can't really comment with no experience, I will say that a few keepers on here have said that they disagree as the topic has come up before. Anyone see that video Steve posted with the pink tongues greedily chomping down dead mice? I don't see why they wouldn't go after a little crestie if they were hungry enough! Even if someone said that's impossible...anything is possible. Just my 2 cents. ;)

I wouldn't worry about pink tongues being aggressive... there have been reports of other Rhacs eating baby pink tongues, though...

While you can't believe everything you read, the author of that book is a well respected.
