Couple of things but:
Blueys can become picky quickly, so don't be tempted to only feed him things he seems to like otherwise you'll never get him to eat his veggies.
They won't starve themselves. Provided you are sure that there is not medical reason for his lack of hunger, he will eat eventually.
Blueys are seasonal eaters, they eat mostly in spring and autumn, less in summer, practically not at all in winter. I know that where you live is pretty hot all year round, but they do have an internal body clock that shuts them down for a few months of the year.
He might just be settling in still. Some take a little longer to get used to their new surrounds. And they can go long periods of time between meals. In the wild they are opportunistic feeders and may not eat for days or weeks.
If he does like the puree, he will eventually have to eat hard stuff to give his jaw a good workout, and also to prevent mouth and gum diseases from only eating mushy things.
Try feeding him at a different time of the day, or after activity. Some are morning eaters, some are evening eaters, some like to graze - go back to their food for a bite here and there during the day.
If you offer him something and he doesn't eat it, that doesn't mean he doesn't like it, he just might not have liked it at that time. Don't be afraid to try it another time.
It's a testing time having a new bluey and getting to know how they function. We've all been there! Relax a little, give him time to settle in, keep trying different foods, but don't force them on him. Hang in there!

He's still a baby right? Quigs has been shedding about every 3 weeks and he's supposed to be 7 mo old he's over 12 in long nose to tail and he was only about 9 inches when we got him about 2 mo ago so he could be ready to shed again. Quigs also stops eating about a week before he sheds he won't even touch his beloved blueberries and silkie pupae so Boris may just be getting ready to shed again just remember they can go awhile without food so no panicking yet most animals won't voluntarily starve to death. Just keep offering and he will eat when he's ready.

If your bluey does not feel settled in, comfortable, safe and secure then that can be a little stressful and stress can often lead to not eating. Not sure if that's the case, but could be a factor.
