OK.

The digital sensor (which is the equivalent to film on a film camera) has a magnification factor of 1.6 times 35 mm film on those cameras.

So multiply the lens by 1.6.... ie: 60 x 1.6 = 96 mm.

I use a 100 - 400 mm zoom lens when in Africa so lens range becomes 160 - 640 mm on my 10D.

Thanks guys...

I love the 100mm macro, but to be honest it is really heavy and pretty slow, but once you play with it for about 50 shots you have it down. I love it love it love it! (Plus the fact that it was a present so it was free to me is great!)

I have no experience with the other macro lenses, but the 100mm has a nice 1:1 ratio for under $500 usd.

Shameless plug for the rest of my pics: www.flickr.com/photos/moshpitrockchick (Flickr also has a group dedicated to BTS photography! ;))

Thank again guys!

@ Edward: I know, thats why she's one of my favorite models...that plus the fact that she works for almost nothing (pretty much the cost of lunch) makes her even better!

That's a classic.

Down under they refer to Speedos as "budgie smugglers".
