They're probably going to be the easiest to breed and maintain... And it's an excuse to setup an aquarium again after all these years.

Those look like the snails that Chuffie turned his nose up at. I wanted to give him some of the snails with the rounder shells, like the ones Tatoo got, but the ones I got were free from the pet store.
I have my little black snails in a cricket keeper with fresh water and occasionally I throw in veggies and change the water.
They grow pretty slowly, and I am waiting til they get bigger so I can try with Chuffers again. Maybe he'll like them better next time?

Well if they don't like them, I can always grind them up and feed them the same way I've been feeding escargot snails - only with shells and properly gutloaded.

ktaylor, as long as you know the place you get them from isn't polluted in any way, or if from an aquarium no medicines have been put in recently they should be o.k.

I can easily find out about chemicals. And they may be small but i know i can get quite a few. Hopefully a new item for Sophie :drool:.
