I would get him to a Herp vet ASAP if you notice blood in his stool. (This is just me, I am a protective skink-mum.) It sounds like he is having kidney issues.
Have you changed his diet, cage, temps, or has he gotten into any chemicals that you can think of?
Can yo uthink of anything different that might have affected his environment?
The warning bells for me are the blood and the funky smell.
Try www.herpvetconnection.com to find a good vet near you, and good luck with poor Garry!

O.K. I have only been at this for a few months but I would guess the Guru's would need a rundown on what he has been eating, how he is behaving, what temps you are keeping him at and anything else unusual that may have happened. If he looks odd and you have pictures of him or the poop they probably want to see that too. Sorry to hear your skink is unwell. :(

So you don't...get...salmonella... Mommy needs to get schooled on good old fashioned handwashing practices.

There are a lot of animals in your signature. Are they all okay?

Take him to the vet anyways. Hoping he's fine does no good if he's already gotten sick.

Are your Cresties OK as well? If temps aren't too cold, I would try and air out the space that the animals are kept. I hope everybody is OK, please keep us posted on what the vet says, and keep a close eye on your other herps/arachnids/small critters.

Like humans they need to flush themselves clean, so make sure he's got extra amounts of drinking water so as not to dehydrate him, and as mentioned you realy should tell your mum that any sprays around herps can be dangerous to health, let alone something as strong as that!!! Did she actually spray your skink{do you know?} thinking he'd be the main culprit or what?

This may be a stupid question but did you feed him asparagus lately?

Wait.. is asparagus bad for skinks?

*EDIT* Nevermind.. looked it up on the food chart in the caresheet. Seems to be alright.

 Mom22wins is referring to the funky stink in pee that occurrs about 20 minutes or so after consuming asparagus.
You ought to try it sometime. . .
Wheeeew! Smells very swampy. . .

OK, Mangodude, even spraying the cage lid is WAAAAYYYYYYYYY too close for comfort. Tell your mum to keep away from the skink ( and all other smalls) with any/all toxic sprays in the future, unless she wants to pay the vet for dialysis for your animals' kidney failure!
Yikes!
