Is this normal?

I decided to change the lighting in my cage up a little and I have some questions. About 1 1/2 months ago I switched from a Reptisun 10.0 36", to a Powersun 100 watt and ever since I have notice that my skink has been getting lighter. Before he was a hazel, and now he is a light caramel. He is about 2 years old and resides in a 4'x3'x2' if that helps at all.

My fella's around that age{IJ} and he seems to get lighter and/or whiter with each shed
MMMmmmmm... Something???????

Some blueys do lighen with age.

Sassy seems to have lightened up -- she used to be pretty reddish, but now seems more light brown and pale yellow...
