So I'm walking toward my front porch when I feel something wet and slimy hit my leg. Lo and behold -- this ADORABLE little tree frog!

And just so I don't get in trouble -- Maya's baby picture, so this IS a skinky thread!

Precious frog! Glad he didn't get hurt!
Also, way to stay "on topic!" Although, haven't seen any posts by Rollie's dad lately....

Thanks -- sheesh, I just noticed even my FROGS have pet hair on them! No one escapes the reach of my mammalian fur spreaders! Drew, I'm shooting with the Rebel XT, same as Kelly and I think Renee (although Renee has a whole freakin collection of nice cameras, I can't compete with that!).

Everything in my house has hair on it! I'm not sure who sheds more me or the cats! I think the cats might win but that's just because there are more of them!

The only mammals in our household are Tony and I, and between the two of us, its nearly impossible to keep the hair under control. I think this summer we may both shave our heads!

That is one beautiful little Froggie! I love the yellow freckles! So its a wild frog that just happened to hop into your leg as you were walking by? (Splat!)
It totally gives me hope for the world when I find healthy wild frogs.

I caught a healthy frog a few weeks ago when Tony and I were on a hike. Made me very happy to know that there are still some clean moist environments that support that kind of delicate life! Yay, Frogs! :D

Hey, who is that scrawny pale bluey at the bottom of your post! :hehe:

A frog almost identical to that was crawling up our door the other night; I would have played with him but I'd had a couple drinks! ;) Like I've always said we don't have much wildlife around here, just worms and moths, so I'm excited if I get to see a frog.

Maybe it was the drinks that caused you to see the frog!
