No BTS at this expo, but there were many awesome animals that I would have loved to take home, but alas I came home with only pictures! It happened a while ago, but I have pictures for you now!

A lot of pictures, I know, but it was our biggest show yet! I had tonns of fun, and I can't wait for the next one. The Blue Beauty, Emerald Swift, and Red-Eyed Croc Skinks were my favorites.

Hey, Fatal, I like the way it looks like they have it set up for the animals. The Expo I went to this weekend had a lot of them crammed into these little clear food containers, and I felt sorry for the critters! There was a great frog guy at my expo though, and everybody's chameleons looked really healthy and good, with really nice set ups. I forgot my camera this morning, so I'll upload my pics ASAP!

There were 5 Blueys at our Expo, 2 Gigas, 1 IJ, and two little cute Northerns that I wanted to rescue! ( But didn't. . . ) :(

I only walked away with a nice big heavy waterbowl for the Chuffster.

I love the tortosis's also i saw some fire skinks at petco today i went in to see if they found the bts that had escaped a couple of weeks ago. they had, they said he was meaner after they found him but he was sweet when i held him, i rubbed his mouth and he'd just huff. also they had got in a baby ij i talked with the clerk about them for awhile she said she remembered when they had blue in there she didnt know i was the one who got him. she said they never hear of someone coming back 3-4 years later and the animal still being ok. i was shocked by that.

A nearby store has a true fire skink, they are beautiful, this particular one is nasty though...not sure how they are normally temperment wise. I liked the bucket-o-sliders. There were some nice looking critters there.

Our expo is run by the Manitoba Herptocultural Society, and most people there are members, so it's really good for how they treat the animals. The Blue Beauty was amazing, especially for a snake generally considered aggressive. I played with it for 30+ minutes, letting kids pet it and such, and aside from constant movement, it was very sweet to work with. I think I'd like to get one of the babies next year. There were some amazing animals, and now that I'm joining the society, I hope to see a lot more of them. Now if only we could get some more feeders out here...
