This is a great and easy (not fast, though) site to resize images. If you have a 5-6MB file, then you will need to resize to about 15% in the "custom" area. If that doesn't work or goes too small/large, then you can play with the custom %. I wouldn't mess with the pixel size unless you know what you are doing...it distorts the pics of you do it wrong.
