Avoid the spinach and celery leaves. There's specific toxins that aren't good called oxalates and an imbalance of calcium to phosphorus (you want equal calcium=phosphorus rather than more phosphorus).
If you can find turnips or radishes, use the leafy greens on top if you simply cannot find the more exotic greens. Also you can try cilantro/coriander plant (which Rollie loves) which seems to be cheap and available almost everywhere.
Hope that helps, greens are really important.

Spaghetti squah is a little bit harder to feed because the insides are so stringy -- what you can do though is chop it up finely in a food processor. No need to cook. The skin is great too if you want mix it up in there as well (finely chopped).

Don't worry about a little spinach or celery here and there. Problems result from long term use, months, if not longer, of constant use.

Eek! That sucks. Luckily BTS are much hardier. However, those bone problems were possibly caused by the same thing as you want to prevent here: an improper Ca:P ratio.

Find an organic store! I have one in Winnipeg, and they have collard greens and other great foods. Sobeys also randomly carries bok choy, endive, or collard greens, along with various squashes. Safeway is useless as tits on a bull, though they may get cactus once in a blue moon. If you look around at different stores, I'm sure you can find some. And ask the clerks in the fruit & veggie sections, as the foods may have different names in Quebec.
