Lynyrd has finished shedding a week or two ago and ive just noticed that he has a small patch (only about 2/3 scales) on the top for his head that hasnt come of.
I gently touched it to see if it was lose (it wasnt).
Will this be a problem and will it just some of during next shed?

Get a damp cloth, and give it a gentle rub. If it doesn't work, try again the next day. But even if they don't come off, it's not on an area that would pinch (toes, tail), so there shouldn't be a problem, and it'll come off with the next shed.

nothing to worry about it will eventullay come off its not in a dangerous position you could gentley try to losen it with warm water and a cloth if it doesnt come off just leave it till next shed.

My boy seems to keep the one scale on his nose for an extra 2 or 3 days after shedding,I leave it and it comes off with no prob, dont force it, it'll be gone before you know it.
