Hershal had his first raw, whole egg!

Postby BlueyBabe » Tue Jan 29, 2008 3:14 pm

I went and got the camera .. and what do I see .. the batteries are out of juice!
But I did take some pretty good pictures with my phone. (my cell ha san camera)

I have one question .. HOW IN THE WORLD DO I GET THE PICTURES, THAT ARE ON MY CAMERA CELL, ONTO MY COPUTER??!

Anyways, he loves the egg. (Mostly the yellow part), he licked it all up. There was a bunch that he missed, so we went and got a spoon an fed him like an baby!!

Hey everyone. Yesterday i fed Hershal his very first whole raw egg! He loved it!

He was really cute! I love his tongue. He showed us his WHOLE tongue!!!

He tryed a few times to crack the egg open, then one the 4th try he made an huge crack on the side of the egg. We had the egg in and big short bowl, so there was no mess. :)

He did walk through it a few times and just layed in the clear parts of the egg. Yucky! After he ate I gave him an bath. Then for the rest of the day he slept on his slate. Nice and warm .. with his belly full.

That was his very first raw egg! He had a egg bolied before.

Oh! And the shell, I crushed it up in his salad. I feed him this a few hours later ... he didn't eat alot of this. (So the water dragon ate the rest. I made sure I only gave my WD the parts Hershal did not eat or touch) The water dragon LOVED it! When I tryed to take the salad away .. the WD tryed to eat as much as he could get. So i gave it back. (Trust me, I have no clue why he was being a pggy .. he had just ate about 2 dozen crickets before. :D )

Well that is about all. Thank you for reading!

Please comment .. (And can someone please tell me how to get the pictures off my camera phone and onto the computer) Thank Yah!!
Please don't let my camea problen distact you from commenting and stuff ... :P

If you have picture messaging, send a picture message to your email account. Do it like you are sending a picture message to someone's cell but put your email address in instead of a phone number.

Let's see if you're as thrilled with the raw egg experience in a few days .... they can have an explosive and odorous effect ... hope you didn't clean his tank just prior to the feast :hehe:

On a serious note, keep the raw eggs as a treat rather than a staple. They aren't the greatest food in the world for them, but as an occasional treat or to get a picky eater going they are fine.
