A good place to look for meal ideas

Postby Leigh » Wed Feb 13, 2008 7:13 am

I know that old revived threads are frowned upon but, this subject has cropped up a few times in the last week or so, and it's fun to see what others offer their BTS, I thought this was a sticky :noknow:

I actually locked it...

Drew, could you possibly post a new thread with all those great shots combined into one or two posts with some information about each plate? I think making it a sticky would be a good idea since blueys will be waking up soon and people will be looking for new food ideas!

Yeah, those are my thoughts as well...on that note, I think it would be cool to have a few other stickys...like your "Enclosure" thread...that way people can see what kind/size of setups are out there, also a food thread, the existing brumation thread...maybe a breeding thread?...maybe even an identification thread? (post pics of animals and have ID's "run" by the local experts)...

In my opinion, there are many threads that should be stickys as they related directly to the care and well being of MANY blueys...can be "across the board" type threads...just a thought... :)

If they did that, I feel they should just make each a seperate forum. Have a Husbandry, Diet, etc Forum, Off Topic Forum, Picture forum, ect.

Yeah, that would work too..but might involve a lot more work? I don't want to make it more difficult, I just think that a lot of good information gets lost because people aren't "allowed" to post on older threads that might be very interesting or useful to some of us that haven't seen them...

The biggest problem is it never ends up INFO only, you get one thread of information ,then ten threads after it with replies to replies
