Where does your Bluey sleep?

I have been having some concerns in regards to my newest bluey...he seems to sleep at night out "in the open" in his cage, most often not seeking cover under the aspen or any of the hides.
Does anyone else have a bluey that just seems very "secure" in his/her cage and sleeps anywhere they happen to get tired and fall asleep?

yeah, A couple of my blueys sleep where they want.
Sometimes it's in the open - sometimes it's under cover. You skink could feel pretty safe where it is. either that or it's too lazy to dig.

Yeah lynyrd flits about between his log, under the chipping or tucked down the side of the baskin rock (not on it),
Right now its 11:40pm and i can see he is sleeping by the baskin rock, but i have no doubt when i awake he'll be in the log..

I decorated a cardboard box to look like a house and it says Chomper on it. That's where he sleeps. It's nice and dark. He's gettign a little big for it though..time to upgrade.

even in the wild iv seen shingles trying to hide in a bush with half there body out and thinking there hiding not knowing we can see them. one time when i camped in the grampians the shingles were sleeping in our cabin because it was warm there just soo placid i would pick them up and they wouldnt even hiss:D

it's like little kids - they close their eyes and they think they're invisible cuz they can't see anyone - so they figure other people can't see them.

Its the old Ostrich method. I reckon shingles hide less coz of their armoured plating

Slurpy scratches at the glass all day, and usually ends up just falling asleep in the same place.

Tattoo sleeps under the aspen most of the time. During this winter he has come out to bask and conked out under the lights. Pretty funny stuff.

Ocho has taken to sleeping out in the open at night next to not on his basking rock just lays there does not even cover himself but when he sleeps during the day he goes into his log so seems normal to me. Sue

Sometimes mine just passes out wherever, but if the ceramic heat element is on you can bet he's under it for the night.

Cless sleeps in his half-log hideaway. Mint just burrows into the aspen.

Lately i've noticed Fritz sleeping out in the open next to the water whereas The Eastern female without the foot is always tucked away under cover in the corner.

with hanks its either under his bask rock or under 5 inches of repti-bark. he doesn't even bother with his cork bark hide.

I had a scare once,I looked in on Blue after lights out and he was a kip with his head in the water bowl(so I assumed),I thought he'd drowned so I took the door off and found he was sleeping with his nose on one side and neck and body on the other, "like a bridge over troubled water" que music. He has done this since but I dont panic about it anymore, siiiilllllly boy.
