i would guess at indo, but i've never been good at identifying the species, sex is even harder to guess, but possible male due to the smaller head maybe, but im really not sure..

Other members are much better at this sort of thing :)

I thought (s)he looked abit Merauke, but im also thinking maybe Indo?

You cant tell the sex unless it secretes sperm plugs and when it does it shows that it is a Male.. if it does not then it is a female. (letting out sperm plugs depends on your skinks age aswell)
But getting a DNA test is probably more accurate.

Beatiful skinks :)

Eeeeew, please tell me you don't smoke around your skink! :hurl:

It looks Indo to me as well, but there is quite a lot of glare in the pictures so its hard to see the head patterns.

Look for hemipenes or sperm plugs when it poops, and you'll know if its a boy.

I would say Indo the banding is not as clean as I would expect on a merauke and usually meraukes don't have the black head scale outlines.

Indo, and it's tough to tell exactly where. Some of the small islands produce consistent unique colorations, but it's nearly impossible to pinpoint for certainty. Small head CAN help indicate female, but almost all Indos have small heads anyway. Check out the gender section on the caresheet for detailed help....
