I think previous discussions have concluded that blueys would not successfully digest milk products. Better to stick with the plain fruit. :wink:

i thought no because of the active cultures in it and the milk in it...though i do know of several here who's skinks have sampled it while they were eating yogurt.

Maybe a little lick once in a blue moon, but I wouldn't offer it in any large quantities or very often, I'd say maybe let 'em be a lid licker at most.
MMMmmmmm... Something???????

Yeah mine get a lick of my ice cream or the dregs of an empty yoghurt or milkshake container to lick once in a while, most blueys love dairy or anything sweet.

I wouldn't ever consider it as part of a diet though, it's not something they have access to in the wild so I don't think they're missing out on any nutrients by not having in captivity.

Besides, most of that information on the side of packets is a load of bollocks. They may not have added fat or sugar, but there's still plenty in the base product itself, generally hidden in amongst all the big words and numbers on the nutritional info panel.

^_^

Hopefully a lick won't hurt ;3

I know some cats LOVE cow milk but it gives them diarrhea sometimes. Hopefully my bluey won't do that to me ;_;
