Lea, you got all yours as adults or close to it, didn't you? I'm just wondering what the growth rate is like on yours. My Santos is just over two and he's such a little weiner. I think he might be deceptively bigger than I think he is, but compared to others I've seen he's a midget. I'm wondering if he's going to have a growth spurt any time soon or if he's just going to be a slow grower.
Lizzie was a baby, so she used to be quite small .... ummmmm ...

she seems to have quadrupled in size, umm and a bit more than that! She was only about 200g I think, when I first got her ... so, to get to 1.050kg is quite a growth spurt in less than three years! Nippy was a young boy, but he has stayed fairly stable in his weight, just got a little more length on him. Winkle has weight issues, so she gained, then lost weight, to get to her current, slightly curvy, but healthy 840g. Her length hasn't changed much. Lucky is a rescue, and she was really underweight and deconditioned when I got her. She is about 600g now, I think, although I haven't been able to weigh her for a while as she is a very sleepy sleepy!
I wouldn't worry too much. I see a lot of wild shinglebacks around my house and around the tracks near me. They vary vastly in size and shape. I see some pairs with ENORMOUS males and others where one or both skinks are kind of tiny! I wouldn't worry too much, Santos is as cute as a button!
