BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

As I was sitting at my computer, being all bored-like, I was thinking, which is the most common species kept here?
I know *alot* of you are in the USA so I'd imagine blue tongue's aren't that common over there (if they are, feel free to correct me )
I'll be gettin my first blue tongue, n she's an eastern (pretty sure anyway).
Since I'm new, I'm not really aware of who has what and thought this poll would be an interesting way to find out

Blue tongues are common the U.S, but not as common as bearded dragons and other lizards (leopard geckos, etc)

The most common in the states are the Northern, IJ, Indo, Eastern, and Tanimbar.

I read some info Jane gave me about licences to do with Victoria (my state) and we don't need licences for Blotched or Eastern blue tongues! I also asked the guy where I'm getting her from and he confirmed that I don't need a licence for her.
I'm planning on still gettin a licence though because I think I'll want another lizard for my birthday

You know, I just worked out what the little numbers mean, I think I had been staring at them for ages haha!

I would LOVE to get a Kei Island one, they look absoloutely gorgeous, but i have no idea where to even begin to look for one!
Still got a while till my birthday though, jsut concentrating on gettin Zippy setup at the moment

They're an Indonesian variety of blue tongue.

And those numbers mean, like 1.3.5 - that would mean one male, three female, and 5 of unknown gender.

Hehe, I have seen many blotched blue tongues near my beachhouse, they are rather pretty Hopefully they won't be too hard to find to buy. I havent seen any for sale, only seen eastern babies! I need to find some breeders in my area but have no idea how
Anyway, yes, I think I'll either get a Blotched bluetongue, or maybe a Centralian, or, um, just another blue tongue ahah

Say, if someone came from the USA on a holidays to Australia, is it legal to buy one here and take it back? Would the bluetongue even be able to handle the flight back there?!

I voted for Rocky, because I don't have two of a kind, but then I thought maybe I should have voted for easterns because I've had lots of those. I didn't think of that before though!
