First shed for us... and whole larvae pooed out!

Hi everyone. My eastern is 29 days old today and is in ots first shed with me. The shed seems to be going ok. Should all skin be off by tomorrow or tonight?
It also just did a big poo and it was undigested soldier fly larvae that it pooed out.
this poo is also HUGE compared to the lizard.
Is it OK for that to happen? Shouldn't it have digested those larvae? All other poos have been normal looking till today.
