My BTS won’t stop turning in circles to the point of falling over and has an eye that seems to be pointing the wrong way

My BTS is just about two years old and is a northern. She has recently begun spinning in circles and kind of coiling up when she basks. I didn’t think anything of it as I thought it was just her beginning brumation, but now I am really worried. She has now fallen on her back three times and struggled to get back up without help for one or two of the three and her left eye I believe looks slightly sunken and points down and to the front while her other eye looks fine. She seems like she can’t stop spinning in these circles and coiling up and she nearly tips herself over. I am very worried about her and there are no reptile vets around me besides one with a shady reputation and one that is an emergency pet hospital that will be extremely expensive, however we are going to try these places soon because she doesn’t seem well. Could this be something neurological? I haven’t noticed anything happen to her such as a fall or anything. I am working on socializing her so she doesn’t come out of her cage and hasn’t fallen from somewhere high but does have a hide she does climb and may have been on her back for a while once. Could that have something to do with this? Her diet has remained the same but she has been eating and drinking next to nothing which is why I suspected brumation. She also used to burrow constantly but as of a few months ago stopped all together and hasn’t since. Please give me any help you can provide. I would be devastated if anything happened to her.

Could be neurological or an inner ear issue. The only solution for something like this is the diagnosis of a qualified vet. Sorry but this is out of the realm of advice from the general public.

Hi there. I would be concerned as well. My first guess is inner ear infection of some sort. Where about in WI are you? I would contact a reptile specialist ASAP. If it isn't an ear infection, then their is definitely something else really wrong here.
