Hi, I have a question for people with busy schedule, like working from Monday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm. How do you balance the time for feeding and handling?
I just got a new job with such schedule, so I plan to leave the food bowl for my adult BTS in the morning Monday-Wednesday-Saturday. She would sleep during no food time and gets pretty cranky when I do spot cleaning in the evening when I come home. So not much time for handling except Sunday.
What’s your schedule?

Re: Busy schedule
I think the best thing you can do is reeeeally set a schedule. Like same time every day. My skink eventually caught on to what time she gets fed and is usually out 90% of the time when it is. I handle her, feed her, let her run around and then back in the tank. They don’t need 24/7 monitoring. I also think maybe spot cleaning and disrupting it every day probably is annoying. I only spot clean once a week and deep clean once a month. Is your skink new? Or new to the environment I guess is a better question.
