I bought my business from their website it was advertised as a merauke. What I received was an irian jaya. When I asked them about the mix up and if they could do anything for me, this is what they said
"they are merauke. we import from exporter ourselves. irian jaya is the entire island and merauke is a town in it where. we get them from. they're the same species."
After correcting their confusion they have ceased to respond back. Overall I feel like I was scammed and I want to warn people about them and prevent this from happening to anyone else.
