BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

Just noticed that my guy has what looks to be a little chunk taken out of one of the scales on top of his head. I've seen similar posts that suggest that this could be from scraping his head on something while burrowing. I feel like this is probably the case since he also has some little marks on other parts of his head. I just want to confirm here and get an opinion.

Is there anything I can do, or do I just wait for it to heal?

It's a minor scrape, so aside from keeping an eye on it I don't think you can do much. Do you know the signs to watch for?
