BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

Hi guys, I'm a new owner of a Northern BTS who is almost 1 month old. It started its second shedding at June 16th and then its line of sight became wield as if it's always looking at something behind & above it. Seems it has no problem to roll or close its eyes but for most of the time it's just looking behind as shown in the picture. Other than than it‘s quite active and has no eating issues. Do you guys have any clue?

I have never heard or seen this before. It could be just how it's eyes are, but when it doubt have it checked out by a experienced reptile vet.
