Is my vet totally incompetent?

Hi everybody. I am a long time lurker but a first time poster. I have what we believe to be a 5-6 year old Indonesian BTS female. There is only ONE vet in my entire provence that even deals with reptiles. They were never able to confirm her species but based on her coloring she seems to be from Indonesia to me. She does not like being handled and has never liked being handled. I have had her for five years and she has hated me for all five of those years. I’ve tried every trick in the book. I have tried putting her in the living room so she’s exposed to me slowly and after a week of her thrashing constantly reacting to every noise in the house, I moved her back to her own room. She’s had a million tests done and supposedly she’s always in perfect health, she just hates humans. She only eats dog food. She will not eat fruit, veg, eggs or anything alive. No crickets, no mealworms. Sometimes she stops eating randomly. Vet always says she’s fine. Well today when I went to feed her I realized that the entire left side of her face was swollen. Her eye is almost totally closed and she can’t close her mouth. I rushed her to the vet and they say they also can’t find anything wrong, nothing her in mouth no infection no obvious wounds etc. Best guess is to give her an anti-inflammatory for a few days. Then the best part: they tell me she’s lost 100 grams, a third of her body weight. She’s clearly not underweight and I asked how is it possible she’s gone from 310 grams to 212 grams but looks physically healthy. The vet she doesn’t know, maybe they recorded her weight wrong last time. Then they ask her age. Vet says they have her down as 15 years old!! When I brought her there for the first time they estimated she was 4-5, that was 2 years ago. Now I’m realizing her entire file is a disaster and im questioning every other test they’ve done on her or every other time they’ve said she’s fine. Now her face is swollen like a balloon and I still have 0 answers. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve shelled out so much money on her setup and vet visits trying to give her the best life possible. She detests my presence and now she’s very clearly physically ill and it seems there’s still nothing I can do. Idk what kind of advice I’m even looking for just someone more experienced that can explain what could be going on with my BTS and is it possible she lost so much weight ? what could be going on with her face?
