BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

Hi just looking for a bit of advice if anyone has any experience.

I live in a fairly small flat and I bought a real Xmas tree yesterday. It occurred to me today to see how reptiles are with real trees and the general reception online isn’t great.

Stevie’s tank is about 7 feet away from the tree in a fairly well ventilated room. Do we think this is okay? If not he can be moved into a different room.

Reptiles, being captive bred or otherwise, came from the wild at one time. I don't see how a tree would affect them adversely.
As long as there are no scented sprays or whatnot that some people use around this season I do not see a problem.

I thought the same but the internet got to me. With an overwhelming bad over good opinion, I thought better safe than sorry so I’ve moved him to a different room for the festivities.

On the internet everyone thinks they are an authority on everything. Better off consulting with those who actually keep the animals and have for decades.
