I was wondering how many of you have had blood work done on your blueys. I am interested in compiling a collection of bluey blood values. I think it would be interesting to see how the levels compare among blueys. It might also be helpful if one of us has a bluey that needs medical attention.

I have not yet, but once I get settled I plan to have all my herps see a vet, get fecals and blood work. Then I'll try to do it yearly or every 6 months thereafter.

I plan to do fecals for my blueys, myself, for free....
I did Titan already, she was perfectly clean, no parasites, but I didn't figure I would find any either

That almost sounded like you were saying you plan to do a fecal on yourself.

Well, we were each given a sterile cotton swab. Then we took turns in the bathroom. Maybe it would be more considered a rectal swab than a fecal exam. It really was a disturbing class. Am I really the only one that had to do that in college?

Mine have been for check ups and been checked for parasites but I never had any blood work done on them.
