I must admit I looked it up too out of curiosity. I'm undecided on whether I'd like it, I'm more a sweets person than savoury. However it sounds wickedly fattening so I'd probably give it a try :lol:

Wow...I'm surprised no knows what it is....Oh, and lisa...If someone ate that on a daily basis he'd probably be fat as a whale!!! I think theres like 15 times that amount un fat in a normal size than in a buger...lol.... But it's still good!

Just so everyone knows... Poutine is french fries with cheese curd...and hot sauce....Normally some type brown sauce but, the recipe changes from place to place.... Remember that you can't come to Quebec and not eat a Poutine.... It would be missing a "fat" part of our culture ... :lol:

It depends... Occasionnally....I had some today! mmmm it was good... Cheese is unrefined cheese... In quebec we call that "crotte de fromage" which would translate to "cheese droppings" lol
