BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to get this up...

As some of you may remember, we agreed on doing a mosaic for the 2008 calendar cover page. This will involve as many pictures as I can get to insure a good overall picture when the page is completed. So send me your bluey pics! There is no limit for the number of pics you send me, however, there also is no guarantee that your picture will be used. On the flip side, some pictures may be used more than once if the mosaic requires it.

Please keep pictures restricted to just pictures of your bluey. If you send me a picture of a bluey tank or your yard with a teeny tiny blury dot that you claim is a bluey, I won't include it. The point is to get as many clear bluey pictures as possible.

We will decide on a picture that we will be using as the main pic at a later point, probably a 'best of show' contest or something like that.

it's actually done with a program we found online, all I had to do was choose a main pic and give the program a couple hundred photos to choose from for compiling the mosaic. The computer did the rest. It is really simple, and the more pictures I have for the compilation, the better potential the outcome has to look cool.

Don't be shy people...the more pictures I have the better, so send me those pics!

It doestn' really matter. The individual pictures will be small, so it would help not clog up my email if you didn't send huge pictures, but honestly I don't really care. I think a 4 x 3 ratio would probably be best (800x600 or 640x480) but again I can always resize.

Martin and I have our computers networked and since he is a computer geek, he has (literally) 3 computers sitting under his desk. We have a full drive dedicated to pictures and whatnot, so space isn't an issue.

I like the best in show idea. It'll be cool to see the entries. We can send the pics at anytime between now and near 2008 right?
