he's a big boy. Do you think he's overweight. I just bought smaller food bowels thought about cutting him down a lil but I thought I'd ask professionals. I feed him every other day. I think I was lucky with him because I got him from a pet store and other than shedding problems at first the vet said he was fine. I have to take him for another check up soon. Well anyway let me know if you think I should use the smaller bowls I don't want him to get fat and lazy
Thanks

What a monster! He is absolutely beautiful. As for being over weight, Im not sure. I would say maybe a little, but it looks like he is big framed to begin with.

Wow.

I'd say the guy is a tad overweight as opposed to "obese." I think a good diet, skipping every other day (or feeding every two days if you're already every other day) should help out...

He's absolutely beautiful, and looks like a blast to hang out with... Do people pretty much freak out when they see him?

when I take him for walks outside in his box he pokes his head out to see outside and people think he's a snake. Generally people don't really come near him if they don't know him but my friends love him

:omg: He's a MONSTER! I'm not sure I'd call him completely overweight. 25" is gigantic for a skink, so he obviously has a big build. What do you feed him?

he eats a lil of everything he has a varied diet. cat food, superworms, snails, fruits his fave being blueberries. veggies canned and fresh. he eats waxworms on occasion not alot though. I'm getting into silkworms and live snails now so thats new to him. hes had one hard boiled egg. when I first got him he didn't really eat the veggies I gave to him but now he eats at least three different things everytime I feed him.
