What didn't get eaten straight away was snaffled after dark as there were only remnents of shell left in the morning, so it is possible to trick your Bluey into eating greens :D :D

Absolutely awesome!!! That first photo looks like some fancy dish prepared in an upscale restaurant! Not one that I would eat at though lol.

I loved the commentary...looks like he was actually thinking all that!

I haven't found any snails around here to give to mine so this was very cool to see. They eat the shells and all??

Thanks for posting these!

Oh, how clever!! :D I'm taking notes of all "tricks" before bringing my first possibly "picky yizzard" home ;)

Great pics and the commentary was cute, too!

Good form!!

Yep, the shell is the most important part as it contains calcium.

Very clever, Leigh! Ye of human intelligence outwitted an animal with a brain the size of a pea. Aren't we humans great!
Just kidding! I too get excited when I get one over on mine, but then I realise that I should be smarter

I'd love to try it, if only I could find some snails. They've sussed the crazy lady with the torch who comes out at night and nicks all their relatives, and have moved on to someone else's place. I've got Conor going through the agricultural plots at the school where he teaches but he's very embarrassed to do it.

I think I might print your pics out and stick them on my guys tanks to show them what they're missing. Evil!

mmm.. humbugs. Yum

You'll have one within a month, don't worry, hehe. Food choppers make it tough for picky lizards to avoid the greens, but obviously that doesn't work with snails, hehe. Awesome idea stuffing the shells!
