I really want to get more pix of my leo and the aft's but they seem to be a little camera shy lol. I come over with a camera and they run to their hides or foliage

Nice pics! :) I can't see the Beardie for some reason, but the rest are nice

..the reason your AFT and your Leo hide so much is, the light really bothers them (more so than other herps, apparently)

The leo doesn't hide much anymore lol, he usually just lies around his viv on the floor staring at me or sleeping. I've talked to a lot of people about AFT's and they all say they hide A LOT. They're docile, gentle, and lazy geckos lol. They'll come out for food and water but that's about it. When I get them out they're pretty active though.

I love wide tongue shots like that one! I think they are better than than the long ones. They look like they have a mouthful of blue ribbon! Great pics!

Geckos are so cute, but I know nothing about them. Can you handle them much or are they just for viewing enjoyment mainly? They don't look like they would sit still for more than a second though.

Gecko's are handleable, not as handleable as beardies or blue tongues though. My fat-tails are a lot more handleable than my leo. I generally don't handle them a lot though, usually just a short time each day or every other day. They do seem to enjoy being out of their viv's though.

Thank you :) I'm VERY happy with his coloring. I am also excited to see how light he gets. He lightens up drastically with every shed. When I first got him he was very dark except his belly, now the light cream type coloring is going up his sides. I think it will be interesting to see how light he gets when he's full grown.

Yeah, the brown, tan, brown, tan stripes look excellent.

how old does a BTS have to be to be considered an adult? Is a year old adult or older, I'm just curious how their age range is from hatchling, to juvie, subadult or adult. I know with different species it varries.

That's because the link goes nowhere - there's no picture with that name.

Here's some alternatives...
