the link is an enlarged version, i thought it would distort the webpage too much if i linked directly.

I voted no - but upon closer look, it seems there is 2 stringy white things either side of the urate. I reckon it's possible.
Gently feel either side of the base of the tail, just behind the back legs. I've found that generally if you have an adult bluey and it is soft, more than likely it's a male due to the hemipenes being on either side. If it's quite solid, more than likely it's either a girl or still a juvi.
If it's soft and with that pic - I'd be more likely to swing towards boy.
How old is your bluey???

Because of how the hemipenes are situated, almost every picture I've seen of sperm plugs, the plugs are located on either side of the poo (if there is any...) or it's just the plugs by themselves. Since blueys are blessed with two mating apparati, you'll really know for sure when you see two sperm plugs.
