Question about snakes...can anyone help??!

Hello everyone! I am considering getting a pet snake but not sure where and how to go about it. I've read that the king snake is a good kind for first time snake owners, but I'm no to kean on them. I like the boa or python, because they tend to be bigger. Any suggestions? I'm open to any and everything! I thought I'd come her to you all first, even though you're all more bluey expects. I will post pics of Spike soon!! I've had him about a year or so and he's got a few inches longer and geting fat now. If I fed him everyday he would eat it all. I'm feeding every other day, just because I think he's getting to fat. I'll post pics so you all can give me your thoughts!!
