new to the site.. hows everyone doing?

Welcome! I too am fairly new to this site. Is there is one thing many of the members want, it is Remember this, and become a successful forum member, you shall.

Well, I'm doing pretty good!

I swear, I had the strangest day today....I sold my old honda for $1000, but noticed my title was at my old man's house, so I get in the van to go get it, but I have a flat tire. So I have to ask my buyer to go down to his house to get it because Holly has taken the truck to teach her class.

On the way back from getting the title, the buyer noticed this huge pile of metal, so he asks me who he should talk to because he thinks he can make $700 selling to a scrap yard....I tell him city hall, and it happens to be right next door so he runs in, gets permission, but then finds that it's only metal, not aluminum like he thought. He then tells me all about his life in Bosnia when he was just a kid during the genocide. It was a very interesting talk.

So after all this, I pump up the van tire with a bike pump, and it barely gets me to the tire center for the fix. Then, I kid you not, Geraldo Riveira walks into the tire store, gets himself some popcorn, and walks away. It was the strangest thing. So, then I come home, buy a used gas can for $5 off craigslist, take all the lizards outside, stepped on a screw that went straight up my foot and bled nonstop, then when the blueys are put back, I leave Slurp/Pearl's section and the one above it open with the fan on to air it out....Slurpy starts to try to jump out -- I rush over, having my eyes only on him, knock my head into the door that's open above, and nearly knock myself out. Holly runs over because my eyes are rolling back into my head, and finally I come too -- I really got my bell rung. Now, I'm sitting here with a headache and a coke glaring at the boy as he stares back.

Heh, it's awful sore -- I remembered today where the screw came from too -- I was hanging a candle light from the ceiling on the patio (at night I might add) and dropped it in the grass.
