BLUE TONGUE SKINKS

I have been busy with work and my new guy but I wanted to check in and tell everyone that everything is great. I love sassys personality. the first couple of days she kept her mouth wide open, hissing at me but I kept on and now she lets me rub her head. She likes to hiss but its all a bluff. brian stuck his finger at her mouth and got her to bite him. It wasnt painful he said. he let her know she cant hurt us. It is so funny. anyways I am happy to say we are doing good.

how did he let her know she can't hurt you? did he tell her off ina sturn voice? Frown at her? or smack her on the nose?

I yell at mini everytime he tries to bit me cuz he's done it a few times while i've been tryign to put the food dish in and I've flinched and dropped food all over my carpet.

Mini just wants to come to me put him in a box and send him over i'm sure they won't find him.

I swear he's becoming a psycho! Probably remembering whatit was like to share a tank with lance before i got him, now it's his turn to rule the roost!

well we let her know just because she bites it doesnt mean we will put her down. now today she went to the bathroom all over me. I had to clean up so i sat her down bad idea i know she may start thinking that shell get put down every time she does that but next time i will be prepared. i hold her alot, she doesnt hardly hiss now. shes getting use to me. i kiss her nose only when i already have her calm. tanimbars are great i love the personality and how you can tame them slowly. anyways i am happy with her
