Is chicken good for a staple, everyday meat?

I don't concider anything as a good EVERYDAY staple, it's ok to give one type of meat for awhile but you should switch meats every week or so. With Quigs I will go a week with say Super worms as meat with collards, peas, carrot and blueberries as Vegitation, then switch the next week to Chicken as the meat, Kale, broccoli, tomatos, and raspberries as vegitation and so on and so on so he gets a good veriety and gets all the micro nutrients he needs eating the same thing everyday is no way to live.

When I by a pack of meat, I freeze it in individual serving sizes. That way I can change the meat up more often and I don't waste as much food.

I do, as long as it isn't food for my family(meaning seasoned or having breading or something on it) But if I boiled some chicken, I wil put some in little freezer baggies so I have ready meals for LittleFoot during the week.
