It's funny. She'll look out at me like this last pic and when I open the tank she runs. lol Then I get her out and she's happy as a clam. I wonder what that's all about. :noknow: Am I that scary?

Nice shots. :D
Darling doesn't like the sound of the glass door sliding open. I imagine they'll get used to it. Harley used to cower when I slid open his screen cover and now he sticks his head up high in anticipation of coming out.

I am so jealous, I still have yet to get a decent tongue shot without bribing food. Until I do, I am blaming it on my camera

Sammy is a cutie.

Its nice to get a tongue shot when you want ,rather than by luck, I've found that with a compact its hard when using the macro setting,I'm nearly always toooo slow.

Sorry, Kristymac, I didn't realize you had replied when I sent out my message to Jenn. I'm glad to hear that my little one isn't the only one with sliding door phobias!

Ok guys, I have to be honest. The tongue shots were by accident. Every time I TRIED to get one, it didn't work. So don't feel bad.

I think that babies are hardest to get tongue shots from. They flick their tongues so fast that it is almost impossible to predict. With babies, I have to rely on luck.

Good pics!

an easy way to take there tongue is to take them out early in the day that way they shoot their tongue out slower 'cause they have yet to raise their body heat, but i only do that because i have no talent whatsoever taking tongue shots, so hurray for mom22wins
