Was just wondering what most of the people on the forum use...

I use Carefresh.

I just switched from repti-bark to carefresh. LittleFoot got a nice chunk of repti-bark jammed under a couple of scales on his belly, so I switched to something softer and no points.

I use carefresh in my two larger cages and coconut husk in my smaller enclosure. I like the carefresh better though, because it seems easier for the blueys to burrow in, and its just easier to use.

hmmm so care fresh sounds like the way to go, some guy at work told me to go with Eco Earth anyone have any experience with that. I also read on the caresheet to go with aspen but I can only find aspen snake bedding in stores... so many choices

I use carefresh. I looked for aspen but they only had the chunky kind and I wanted the shredded softer kind.

Carefresh is nice though. Clean up is a cinch!

I think eco earth is ok. I've just heard that there's a possibility of bugs being in it, and I didn't really want to risk mites or anything like that. I know people have had success with it though.

I use aspen shavings. They are cheap, have a fresh smell, and they haven't bothered my son's allergies. Both my guys love to burrow in them. I may switch to Carefresh at some point if my son has problems with the aspen. Does anyone know what kind of "reclaimed" paper products are used in Carefresh? My son is allergic to newspaper (molds, etc.)

I had plain sand - now I switched to shredded newspaper, Jööti seems to like it Sand was a bad idea...

All natral rock, gravel -Some paper for sick babies , same as Australia zoo

no eye problems + outdoors alot of the year is a bonus .

All my guys are on aspen. Carefresh is good too. It's just to expensive for 8 skinks.

Mine is on Aspen. Carefresh is okay but I find it has a weird smell and it gets a little pricey.

Besides, with my employee discount I can get a huge 4.0 cu ft ( or 113 liters ) bag of aspen for $10

I have carefresh. It's pretty expensive though, but Pryce seems to like it, and I'm going to put it in Cow's tank and see if she likes it. She has repti-bark right now, and I don't really like it except for looks. I'll just deal with the price, and if I ever get the huge bluey collection I'm hoping for, I'll have to see about finding a sale and buying it out ^.^

Tattoo is on Aspen and seems very happy. We started with Reptibark but it was too dusty.

I've used SoftBed for years, and absolutely loved it, but when my allergies started up I switched to aspen. A few of my skinks like the aspen better, but most didn't seem to care either way. I'm debating going back to SoftBed and just dealing with allergies. Styx would have to stay on aspen though.

i use aspen now but when i first got loki i used eco earth and it kept going in his eyes so i switched.

Carefresh is much cheaper via www.petguys.com than in the stores. The only catch is that you have to use the gray stuff as they don't carry the white.

I use a combination of reptile carpet and white carefresh.

I use shredded aspen Piper likes to burrow in it but it is also mostly stench free and is incredibly absorbent

I use carefresh, because I got a big bag for free. Aspen is absorbent and economical. Coconut fiber based beeding (eco earth, bedabeast, etc) can get expensive, but otherwise look and work great in a display tank.

I use a mix of shredded aspen in the sleeping end and aspen chips in the rest of the tank, with regards to dust, I just take a couple of handfulls at a time and shake them in a coulander, {nearly}all the dust falls out the holes, problem solved.
